I think I have the flu. *updated*

suffice it to say, I'm freaking out.
Thank God Robbie has had both the flu shots, but still. I feel like crud and am coughing my head off. I'm scared to death he's going to get it.

Got my family doc to do a swab today and it was negative. She didn't think my fever was high enough anyway. She says upper respiratory infection and gave me real cough medicine. (Which I haven't filled because I hate the stuff, but we'll see how I feel this afternoon.)

At this point I'm hoping it's secondary to the cold I had last week which came from Robbie, so maybe he won't get sick again.

I really do feel a bit better today. Throat pain is almost gone, it's just the cough & a headache (which I'm pretty sure is from coughing.)

I'm tired as hell, but that could just as well be from waking up wheezing & coughing so many times a night.
