I just had my first glass of wine PP, I pump and also supplement with formula. Do I need to pump & dump tonight or should it be fine with just one glass?

You are fine. The rule of thumb is as long as you feel ok to drive then you are fine to nurse. My LC told me this at my class last week. It's also what I went by when I nursed my son.
