Help me with my gift exchange gift!

I got my brother's boyfriend in the gift exchange, and can't think of what to get him. They have been dating for about a year and a half, but I don't see him that often to know him.
Here is what he told me he liked:
Color- Blue (any shade)
Likes- Clothes/stylish accesories, electronics, art.

I don't want to be lame and get him a gift card. What would you get him?
Max for exchange is $20.

    I need to ask my brother. He is quite the health nut, but even health nuts love coffee. : )

    You didn't say how old... so I am going to guess early to mid 20s?

    A membership to an art museum? The basic membership to ours is about $20.

    why not buy a nice frame and matte one of your graphic designs, then with the left over money put it on a Starbucks card or something like that.

    Oh! If he likes coffee Starbucks has that coffee Via system; it is the small packets of instant coffee. DH got that along with the coffee tumbler; the bottom of the tumbler actually screws off amd you can store the packets inside the tumbler. It's pretty cool.

    He'll be 30 years old next week.

    I just sent my brother a text asking if he liked coffee. I know Starbucks has all kinds of cool items in their store to buy. That is a great idea, ladies!

    I am not too sure about the Atari system because I don't know if he's a gamer. However-- great idea, regardless!

    Misjenn- I also like the idea about doing a graphic design and framing it. I think he would really enjoy it. I also paint, and all the paintings in my brothers home are my work. His boyfriend has commented on them before saying he loved them.

    Ok, thinkgeek.com has a $20 section. How about something personalized? As cheesey as this sounds, look at the nest groomsmans gifts. They always have stuff on sale super cheep.
