Wow. This article pisses me off. The fact that a "doctor" supposedly wrote this is proof of the extent of ignorance on this subject. This is my favorite part "To make your cycle shorter general health improvements are recommended
first of all. Start by improving your diet, do moderate exercise,
relaxation, detoxification of the body, take special vitamins and
supplements and above all feel good about yourself.
It is also recommended to stop consuming alcohol, stop smoking, reduce caffeien consumption to the minimum and avoid contact with chemicals." If only it were only that easy, right?
This is completely bizarre!! Can an egg really AGE????
Yes, that part is true, but the ridiculous percentages she states are NOT true. Like, if you ovulate on CD15 or 16 your chances are 40% and your chances of not miscarrying are slim? That's crap.
I mean really, to say that if you ovulate after CD15-16 you shouldn't even try? That's ridiculous. And no, not everyone's cycle length can be "cured" by diet and exercise. That article is really irresponsible.
What BS. If this "doctor" was right, half of the BFPs on here wouldn't even have happened. I feel bad for someone who might be reading this and believe it.
Ladies! The comments you posted have been DELETED! I can't believe what a load of crap that article is. I posted a comment just now, I wonder how long before they delete it.
jillybean, our comments have been deleted! What a load of crap, but then to delete all the comments that tell other readers to not listen because it's a load of crap? Wow.
Re: Long cyclers - Have you heard this crap??

Okay, the author's motto is "Teach your mind to cure your brain."
Now, it all makes sense...
Edited to fix quote
