thank for all the well wishes ladies, you guys are the greatest. I am kinda concerned cause I am having some serious cramping on my right side. It couldn't posibly still be ovary pain from the clomid and ovidrel could it? I haven't eaten since we got back from the IUI cause the cramping is so bad. I took a long nap hoping it would go away, but no such luck.
So IUI vets., is this normal? Could it still be the meds, or is it more likly just residual pain from the actual procedure since it was a little more complicated than I thought it would be? You can't develop OHSS a week after stopping clomid, can you? I want to be so hopeful but this pain is making me worry.
Re: Still in pain, WTF?
Sorry, I don't have any experience with IUI's but wanted to say I hope you feel better. Maybe call and leave a message for the doctor asking if it's normal and what might give you relief.
Sorry it hurts! Heating pads work wonders for my cramps if you are allowed to use heat, you should try it.
Ugh I am so sorry you went through that! At least I know I am not the only one. Hopefully it will all be worth it for both of us!
I will try the double dose of tylenol. I was afraid to try the heating pad in case the heat might kill his llittle swimmers. Thanks for the advice!!

I had this same experience with both clomid and injectibles. My doctor explained it to me that after ovulation the empty follicles fill with fluid and can cause serious cramping and bloating.
