Any luck with Fenugreek?

I have had to switch from BF to pumping and was thinking about taking Fenugreek to help my supply, has anyone had any luck with it? Any hints on the best way to take it??

It definitely helped my supply, but it also gave DD runny, green poop so I had to stop. I took the tablets.

didnt help me at all. Power pumping helped (10 mins on 10 mins off for an hour) and Rx Reglan helped.

I never tried Fenugreek, but I did order Domperidone and noticed a HUGE difference. It worked wonders!

You can get it from a compounding pharmacy w/ a prescription, or order it online without one at www.inhousepharmacy.com - I ordered it online. My supply is amazing now!
