Miralax this early? ok or no?

Haven't had a chance to get a hold of the pedi, my LO is definitely constipated and causing lots of fussiness and gas issues. So I know that Miralax can help with that but can a baby this young have it? Has anyone been prescribed this for your LO at this age?? TIA

    have you tried a rectal temp to help stimulate a bowel movement, or a suppository?

    I'm pretty sure that's a definite no-no. Try the rectal temp and bicycling legs. Next would be some water or juice with pedi's permission. I think if that doesn't work a glycerin suppository would be a last resort. GL.

    I have never heard of miralax for an infant.  That def. is not okay.

    He's probably not constipated. It's normal for exclusively breastfed babies to go for over a week between bowel movements.
