Anyone know anything about a Graco Rittenhouse recall?

I know it's been discontinued, but does anyone know why? My DBFs mothers swears it's because of a recall, but I can't find any information to support that anywhere, but of course now I"m all freaked out about it. I think they just discontinued the pattern to introduce new ones, and lots of places are still selling it. It's the only stroller I love, lol! thanks :-)

    I have never heard anything about this, as I have the pattern for DD. I knew they discontinued the pattern.

    I'll do a google search and see what I find out.

    Nothing at all online. You can also call Graco directly.

    It doesn't seem right that they woudl discontinue a particular pattern

    thanks. I couldn't find anything either. I think she was just confusing it with the giant MacClaren recall but just thought I'd do some research!

    Hmm, it does appear that some metrolite models were recalled in 2005, but I'm pretty sure the Rittenhouse wasn't one of them...
