I am thankful for...
My new family of FOUR! My water broke on Monday night at about 10:30pm. We got to the hospital at about 11:15 and I was 4 cm, got my epi and the nurse said "oh why don't you get a few hours of sleep". Based on my delivery with dd1 I knew that wouldn't happen. At about 1:30 I felt so much pressure I asked to be checked and was at 8. The nurse said "ohhhh, we better call your dr.". He walked in at about 2am and hardly had time to put all of his gear on. I pushed twice and out she came!
Sydney Marie... 6 lbs, 9 oz, 20" long and 100% healthy, which I am so thankful for considering she was several weeks early.
