Really STUPID POAS question...

in 3rd Trimester
If we all peed on them would it show up positive at this point? Or is there a certain point where it won't measure the hormones we have? I think it'd be hilarious if I peed on one and it came back negative.

    i know certain brands have a certain range of the levels...I've known woman who are OBVIOUSLY pregnant getting a negative :)

    After the first night I went straight to the doctor for a blood test. Surprise! Positive! Then I switched doctors and had another one! lol. I was convinced at that point.

    up until about 2 months ago i kept telling DH to tell me the truth if i wasnt really pregnant, i just wanted to know the truth. LOL i still find it surreal. he thought i was crazy.

    I've wondered this too!  I POAS one final time before my 1st doctor's appt, so I was 7 weeks and it still came up positive. But I've also wondered if the hormones disappear at some point.

    apparently it's not that stupid because I have no clue the answer!! 

    dang. Now I wish I didn't pee on all 7 test's I had! ...yes, this pregnancy was a surprise!

    I thought they said on "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" that there's a time at which a POAS test won't read accurately.?

    I've also thought it would be funny just for me to go through check out line buying several tests considering how obviously 9 months pregnant I look.

    Instead of "I didn't know I was pregnant" they should have a show "I'm in denial about being pregnant." It could feature people like us with bowling balls in our fronts, totally not in check about what is about to happen to us. Haha!

    Where in Michigan are you from? I don't live there anymore, but I grew up in Oakland County.

    You are still producing hcg throughout your pregnancy so I don't see why it wouldn't be positive.
