To be honest, I am willing to do it to show solidarity, but I feel like there has to be something else we can do. Something tangible. A memorial fund or gift cards for takeout for the parents. . .something. Maybe that is what she meant?

No, I usually don't visit 0-3 very often. Not familiar with her at all. I do admit that the comment was insensitive. I think it's poor form to question the usefulness of trying to show solidarity with a mother who just lost her baby. If she didn't see the use in deleting her siggy, or just doesn't want to, she should have just kept her mouth shut and went about her day.
