advice: throw up or spit up?

Should I call the pediatrician? My LO spit up what looked like all of her feeding at 1am then did that again at 7:45. She's not fussy, doesn't have a fever; however, this is uncharacteristic for her. How do you know if it's vomit or just throw up?
