Babies: 0 - 3 Months

If your LO has hair...

...did they lose their newborn hair or did it just start getting thicker?

I was under the impression that most newborns lost the hair they were born with (I did!).  But Delilah's hair just keeps getting thicker by the day.  She's just growing a new crop of blonde hair underneath the hair she was born with.  I'm curious if it will continue getting thicker or if she'll lose some of it after a while.  I love playing with it for now!

  • DS was born with TONS of hair and its getting so much thicker, he hasn't lost any of it :)

Thanks everyone!  I think she's cute too, but I'm a bit biased ;)

That is a blanket with a really cool texture on it.  I'm thinking of getting one in blue too so I can use them for my newborn photography ;)

  • My LO had a lot more hair when he was born. Now he is getting all patchy in the back.

  • DD is 3 months old today, and she hasn't lost any of her hair.....she has actually grown more, and it has gotten thicker/longer!
  • He still has loads of hair, it's just getting lighter.
  • DD lost some of her top hair, kept the back hair, and now has thicker and thicker hair on top.

I, on the other hand, had thick black hair that all fell out at 2 months and grew back in platinum at 4 months.

  • DS lost his before growing new back (in a lovely little ring around his head, where he would turn while laying on his back- he looked like a balding old man.)

Love the new pic though- she's stunning! Want to come take pics of my LO? lol
