  for the record I ordered a bed from JCPenny years ago and it is beautiful! I haven't had any problems with it and I get compliments on it when people do see it.

  Which one are you thinking of getting? There are two on there that I really like but I'm worried about not getting to see a crib before I buy it.

  We bought the Lily set by Bedford Baby from JCP. I love it! I ordered it in Chocolate mist and that's what we received but it's really a cherry color not chocolate anything. It was fairly straightforward to put together and comes with a rail for when you convert to a toddler bed. The only downfall is that on the matching hutch we ordered the lights are wonky on it, but we have a call into them to get it fix/repaired/replaced.

  We just got our furniture from JC Penney's and it is the "Hartford" collection by Rockland. It is absolutely gorgeous! It is still in the boxes, but I read great reviews and I opened a box and it was exactly the color we wanted. Plus it is real hard wood, which makes it great quality!

  We ordered the Grayson crib from Penney's and love it! It was easy to assemble and looks great too.

  I also got the Hartford collection by Rockford, and it looks great! It's sitting in pieces all over the nursery to be, but the color and pieces look beautiful.  I can't wait to put it together.  One of these weeks.  Also it came FAST!  We had heard weeks for crib deliveries, and we shipped to store, picked it up the same week.
