DD, who is 15 months old, loves the big legos at daycare (she will put down her snack and go for the legos if they bring them out when she is eating). We don't have any, so I want to get some. I see on Amazon that they have a basic brick set and then a building set with bricks, wheels, etc. There is a $5 difference in price. Any experience with either?
Also, she loves pushing and riding on the little tricycles they have on the playground. She has a radio flyer car, but we push her around in that, rather than her being active. Any suggestions on her first "car". TIA
Re: Recommend your large legos and tricycle
Maggie has this set that she really likes.
Maggie just has the basic ride on toys, no tricycles yet.
Nicholas got the Radio Flyer Turbo Turtle for his first birthday and he really loves it.

We have this set: https://duplo.lego.com/en-us/products/zoo/default.aspx#5380. It had blocks, wheels and a little person.
