Overnight Diaper Help?

Hi Bumpies! I am having an almost every night problem w/ my son peeing out of his diapers.  He has always worn pampers swaddlers sensitive, but when those started to leak, I used those as my day time diapers & used baby dry at night.  However, he seems to be peeing out of those too! His diapers are completely full when he wakes up in the morning so I think thats why it's coming out.  I thought about either going to a bigger size in baby dry diapers or switching to Huggies or another brand. Any suggestions or recommendations?

TIA!

He is in size 2.

  • I'm havig this same problem right now. She only sometimes STTN though, and on those rare nights I hate the idea of getting her up to change her diaper.

  • Going a size up for the overnight diapers may be the solution. We are still doing fine in size 2 but it's borderline full and will go the next size up soon.

  • I'm in this same boat as well!

We went up to a size 3 - and it hasn't helped...

  • I'm also in the same boat - even when DD does wake up at night I don't change her diaper (unless it's dirty)... so she typically wakes up with a very full diaper, which leaks through her pjs.  I've really been wanting to try the overnight diapers - I always forget what they are called but they are made specifically for overnights - Pampers, I think.  They have them at BRU - saw them last night but they didn't have size 2 in stock.  We use Baby Dry every day and they don't seem to work any better than Swaddlers.  I would really love to try these overnight diapers but I can't seem to find the right size in stock!

Call me crazy but I totally thought the baby drys WERE the over night diapers. Lol. They have this little moon on the front that has a baby sleeping that says up to 12 hours protection or something. I have also seen specific overnight diapers though ... Just not in size 2 like you say! I think Huggies makes the specific ones. My son STTN so I don't change his diaper in the middle of the night either & when he wakes up, most mornings he's soaked!

Yes, I think Baby Dry diapers might be intended for overnights... all I know is they don't keep my LO dry for 12 hrs!  LOL.

  • Same problem here too and it looks like no one has a solution.  I usually end up changing DS when he wakes up to eat but he screams and hates it....especially if I have to change is pee soaken clothes!!  What other choice is there!?!?!?

  • I just went on the pampers website - you guys need to go check out the reviews!!! Apparently they changed the diapers recently and everyone is really pissed off because they are not as good. Everyone is complaining that their baby is wetting through. Seems like a lot of people switched to Huggies. I think I will try that as soon as the Baby Dry's run out.
