This is stupid!

So yesterday Jude's daycare sent him home because he has hand, foot, and mouth disease.  Well I called the doctor yesterday and they said just give him Tylenol for a fever (he only had a 99.6 temp).  When his temp is normal he is free to go back.  

Well his daycare his making us have a form signed by the doctor saying that he is free to go back.  I called the school telling them that the doctor is not requiring him to go in, but they still don't care.  So now I have to make an appointment with the doctor just for her to sign the stupid sheet! Ugh!

    I feel your pain! Ours did the same to us one time. Thankfully the Drs office faxed the note to the daycare though.

    Frustrating! We had to get a note for the first dc DS was in from our pedi that clearly explained DS's soft trachea issues is what made him cough for nearly 4 months.

    Nope they wanted me to come in.  The nurse even thought it was stupid - but oh well.  We were in and out within 15 min. 

    He is feeling a lot better than yesterday, no fever at all - but since I had to get the sheet signed I just decided to stay home with him today.
