NBR: Do you peel Yukon Gold potatoes?

When making mashed potatoes?  I've always used plain old Idaho, but I thought I'd try these since people rave about them.

    It depends on how you like them. I've done both. They are very good.

    With mashed, no matter what kind of potatoes I use, I prefer skinless because I like them creamier. If I were just making plain old boiled or baked, I'd leave the skins on. I like the skin.
