  Do OPKs. If yoy start to surge, trigger. There is at least one peer reviewed pub out there showing higher pregnancy rates in women who had the beginnings of a natural surge prior to trigger. So worry not!

  I agree with Yoda if you get a surge you should trigger.  When I got a positive on an OPK (while waiting to go in for the next monitoring appt) I called the doc and she had me trigger that day.

  While on femara (twice) I went for monitoring on cd 10 & was ovulating with very small follicles. I was LIVID. RE nurse goes "well there is always next month" AAARRRGGHHH

  Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of happening. Oh well. I will just have to do OPKs and hope for the best.
