Anyone's crib being recalled?

    I have a Storkcraft....but I dont think it has dropped sides? It's still in the box in the soon to be nursery. I tried looking it up on target.com...it doesnt mention dropped sides. And Storkcraft's website is down!! Awesome!

    I have a storkcraft dropside, so it looks like mine is.  I read an article that says we'll just need to go onto storkcrafts website (which is down right now) and order a free repair kit.

    My crib was used by my cousin before me.  It's a drop-side but doesn't have a manufacturer or model# anywhere on it...so we decided last night to replace it.

    My DD's crib is a Storkcraft with a dropside.  The company is offering a repair kit, but I'm not sure how comfortable I am with that.  There was already one recall earlier this year - the sent new brackets to support the mattress.  I'm really upset about this whole thing, I am not sure what to do.  Just get the repair kit? (which, btw, took 6 WEEKS to reach me last time!)  Or transistion DD to the toddler bed sooner than I think she is ready for?  Buying her a new crib just can't happen right now, especially if Storkcraft isn't offering any sort of compensation.  What do you ladies think?
    I don't know what's up with my siggy and I am too lazy to figure it out.

    I read that the repair kit is just plastic pieces to hold the dropside in place.
