  My friend used pretzel rods and dipped the end in chocolate and rolled them in sprinkles (she used pink cos she's having a girl).

  I was thinking about cookies - you can get some cute cookie cutters at craft stores - the only thing is, if you are expecting a lot of people, the decoration could get time-consuming. If you have people to help you, maybe it's do-able.

  Pick a size that works for your favor (my SIL and MIL did this and filled it with a little nuts and candy mix that we could eat during the shower).  I just googled "diaper napkins" for instructions and a pic because I don't have any of my own to post.

  You could easily do this with fabric if you were going to do a cookie or something that is larger....HTH
