Where to get a cool chandelier at a decent price?

I mentioned on the Christmas post that this search has been the bane of my existence! I am super picky about decor stuff and have very specific ideas in mind for my dinning room chandelier but can't seem to find ANYTHING in my price range. I'd really like a super sleek murano glass chandelier but don't see that happening. Anyone have recs for places to buy a chandelier? I need to stay under $500 with shipping. I've checked the following:

Have you tried antique stores or estate sales? You may have to do some wire work, but it's possible that you might find something. If you need company while you look, I'm there for you.

Have you tried Lumens? You can order online at lumens.com, but I think they also have a bricks and morter store somewhere in Sac. Huge selection... I bought a chandelier recently from them online and am happy with what I got and their service.

I second antique stores. We got two matching chandeliers for an awesome price and they look great (and are a lot better quality than what you would get for the same price at even the box stores).

If this is along the lines of the look you wanted, it's only $369 at Z Gallerie. I think I know the style you're talking about and an original one is bank. You can probably find one at the Antique Trove in Roseville, but it will cost you.

Maybe if you tighten the purse strings you could get your hands on this little number form a mere $800. Ummmm... sorry, Z Gallerie, you lost me on this one.

Have you gone into Lamps Plus itself? We got a really amazing chandelier there that was under $500 (if I remember) that isn't on their website. (I'm trying to find it there and failing!)
