I made one last night and it was super easy. I paid about $6 for all the supplies at Michael's and it took maybe an hour total.

Yep!

I just followed the instructions in this video: LINK

Instead of buying 4 yards of tulle, I bought a roll of tulle from the wedding aisle that was 6 inches wide and 25 yards long. I kept the 6" width and cut it into 17" strips - it took the whole roll to make her tutu. I think the 6" width, versus the 3" width in the video made it a bit poofier too

I made 3 of them! you can see them on my siggy pic, it's SUPER EASY just go to youtube and search for no sew tutu, I'm serious they're super easy to make, it was my first time doing ..pretty much anything!
