hi ladies, i havent been able to be around much lately due to work. i work in retail and the main focus has been "black friday" since the day after halloween. its been crazy. plus we have been going thru management changes as well. in a way i guess its a good thing i have been so busy, b/c its been helping me keep my mind off of loosing the baby and just waiting to try again. but then again, i dont know if thats a bad thing too. if i even get into all my thoughts then we might have a book here! so im just gonna keep it short and sweet.

my main point of this post is just to say hello to you all and i hope everyone is doing good. to those of you that are new here, welcome, i am so sorry for your loss and i am sorry that you have to be here. But, the ladies here are wonderful people. it is a great place to come to.  i am not sure if i will be able to get on in the next few days or not, but just in case, i hope you all have a nice holiday!

    Hi there!  Unfortunately, I am new here too No

    Started bleeding last Thursday, spent 7 hours in the ER where they did an ultrasound that showed nothing inside.  Beta only 35. Repeat beta on Saturday was down to 27.  Was told that it's most likely a miscarriage.  Will get a repeat beta drawn next week. Was also told that after having one normal period that hubby and I could try again.  That's the plan for now.  I'm 37 yrs old and hubby is 46.  This last pregnancy wasn't planned but very much wanted.  This whole situation sucks and no one can truly understand unless they themselves have experienced it.
