help-narrowed to two names boy/girl...

We're not finding out if its a boy or girl so we need to be prepared with two names. Here are my questions-

Girl- For first names, we have either Catherine or Elizabeth. Middle name either Anne, Claire or Josephine (maybe Guiseppa) after DH grandmother. What combos of these names work best? Are they too long to use together? Our Last name is 9 letters.

Boy- We like either Matthew or David but our last name begins with "D". Does David or Matt sound bad with that?

    I like Elizabeth Anne  or Elizabeth Josephine.. and I like Matthew.. no david.

    I have 2 cousins (who are sisters) named Elizabeth and Catherine. their full names are Elizabeth Anna and Catherine Alexandra.

    I like Anne best for the mn for whatever you choose for a first name.

    Catherine and Elizabeth are both gorgeous names. I love Elizabeth Claire and Catherine Anne. Matthew and David are both great names!

    I really like all the names you mentioned.

    Elizabeth Guiseppa or Josephine Claire would be my faves for a girl.

    I like both Matthew and David.

    I love Catherine and Elizabeth but probably because that's my name (Katherine Elizabeth) I like Anne and Josephine also Claire is NMS. I like Matthew more than David but both are really nice!

    I love your girls names so much!  I like Catherine Anne a lot.  I like it that the middle name's a little shorter, which is nice since it sounds like your last name is long too.

    I think Matthew or David sound great.  I think Matthew's maybe a safer bet since it doesn't also start with a "D."

    Girls: both first names are nice-I like Elizabeth the best. I wouldn't do Catherine Anne or Catherine Claire combos-kind of hard to say

    Boys: I like both boy names, my favorite is Matthew.

    I like Elizabeth Claire (or even Claire Elizabeth). I think Matthew and David are both great names, and I don't think either would sound bad with a last name that begins with "D".
