Natural Miscarriage Question

I'm having a natural miscarriage.  It started yesterday and was pretty heavy during the night.  I'm still bleeding like a period.  Will I just continue to bleed like this or should it be getting heavier again?  Thanks!

    How far along were you?

    For me at just under 5 weeks, mine was like a longer, heavier period but the heaviest flow was the first few hours.

    I am sorry about your loss. This is such a tough thing to go through.

    I was around 4-5 weeks. I got my first beta monday and it was 99 then on Wednesday it was already down to 66.  I was bleeding yesterday (enough to wear a pad) and throughout the night I had pretty bad cramps and when I woke up it was pretty heavy bleeding. Now it's light again and I don't feel any cramping at all. I'm wondering if it's already ending.  I go Monday for bloodwork to check my HCG levels.  I'm glad that it came so quickly. I was afraid it would take much longer.  It is really tough to go through but I'm just happy I got pregnant to begin with I'm hoping next time will have a happy ending!

    I'm sorry for your loss. I also had an early loss (barely 5 weeks), I started spotting for about three days, then had a heavy flow, a lot of clots for two days and then maybe 5 more days of a regular flow. I do remember that it was light, then medium, then light again.

    I think it varies for each person.  I miscarried around 6 weeks and had heavy to moderate bleeding for 5-6 days and spotting for another 3 days.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

    Hugs to all of you.

     

    I just miscarried last week...I was 6 weeks.  Beta went from 35 on Thursday to 27 on Saturday...pretty low for how far along I was supposed to be.They didn't see anything on ultrasound Thursday night in the ER.  I bled like I was on my period for three days..spotted for a day before the bleeding started and stopped bleeding/spotting yesterday.

    The Dr is not checking my hcg again until next Monday.  Hopefully it is down to 0 by then...
