blurb.com is another one. You donwload their software onto your computer, then enter your blog user ID and PW and it downloads everything from your blog for you. The cost to print is about the same as a photo book at Kodak Gallery and they have different options as far as size.
I've been super lazy about doing it but so far it seems pretty simple to do.
