Do you think I ovulated?

I just started temping this cycle. FF had forecasted fertile days for mid December for me. My past two cycles have been about 55 days each. Saturday (CD 19) I had a ton of EWCM--which was so unexpected since FF said it would be about a month until I would possibly ovulate. So I ran to the store to grab an OPK kit. I tested, and it came back negative. Today I have absolutely no CM. My temp barely went up. I have never used an OPK. Is it possible to have O'd and have a negative OPK? Thanks.
