    Oh my goodness I know your pain. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a mirror that will not only suction in the shower but one that you can adjust the direction it's facing. That's great that I can look straigh at my crotch but I can't see anywhere else down there.

    I don't even try to use a mirror.  It's all a guessing game and I've asked DH just to go with the flow!

    I haven't trimmed for weeks. And I am being induced next week, maybe I will get around to asking DH to help me out, but frankly at this point I could care less. It was something that I really, really cared about a couple months ago, but now it's just too much of a hassle.

    Dh took care of that for me once I couldn't see down there anymore. He lets me know when I start looking all amazon like and he trims using an electric hair trimmer.

    I sat down on the shower floor and got the job done a couple days ago. It was actually not too difficult in the sitting position. My belly still got in the way but at least I could some what see what I was doing. It was worth it though because after shaving I felt SO much better. Side note- DH didn't even notice! And I shaved A LOT off....

    After years of regular Brazilian waxes, I gave up when I lost sight of the goods. I told DH that I'm channeling my inner 70's porn star. I will go back to my regular grooming habits once the baby arrives and my genitals stop bleeding. In some ways, I'm a little disappointed that DH hasn't reacted more to the lack of grooming-makes me wonder why I spent so much time and money paying others to rip out my pubic hair...

    i've been getting waxed.

    I also heard, less hair down stairs makes it easier to keep things clean after the baby comes.

    Because most men seriously don't care.  It's what is inside that REALLY counts for them.  Stick out tongue  My hooha doesn't get any special treatment from DH depending on how it is groomed, so I go with what I feel like doing.

    At this point, I can't see it, so I won't taking a razor to it for anyone.

    I actually took care of things this week and sat on my foot stool! It helped a lot more with balance & comfort. ALSO a tip I found out is that if you cover the mirror with shaving cream and water it off it will NOT fog up!

    I ask DH whay he didn't tell me it was getting out of control, his response = I can't see it! lol

    This has been the territory of my DH for awhile now... He trims it for me when it gets out of control, and takes care of it. Its kind of cute. :o)

    DH doesn't really care, but it was getting a bit long. Usually I just trim it with an electric trimmer, I don't do shaving/waxing, the bald look isn't for me.

    I finally broke down last week and asked DH to do it for me, I just could NOT reach over my belly to get it. I was a little nervous, but he did a good job!

    I pretty much gave up after ~21 weeks... but when washing, I could feel how long it was getting.  DH offered to do it, so we had some unconventional bonding time last weekend. It was amusing, but he did a really good job!

    I used Veet (same as Nair) and have for years.  The thought of shaving that area scares me.  It's super easy to do since you just slather the stuff on, wait a few minutes and wipe it off.

    Look on citysearch for a place that specializes in Brazilians....if they use the Blue Wax...you will be even better! Blue wax doesn't adhere to the skin, so its a LOT less painful!!

    How can you handle brazilians? I just feel so tender down there all the time.  No way is anyone tearing anything off!

     

    About Veet. . . how do you keep from getting it all up in there?  Use a mirror and stand really still for a few minutes??

    It is definitly a LOT more sensitive right now, but worth it that i don't have to bend and stretch to shave. 

     

    TRUST ME - if you can find someone that does the Brazilian blue wax and not HOT wax....it is a total different experience!  Since the hot wax adheres to the skin and they have to use the paper stripes to pull it off...it attaches to skin and PULLS!  the blue wax only attaches to the hair and there is no paper stripes to pull off.  They only pull off the wax and the hair making it a LOT less painful!
