Forgot about what happened today, re:ergo

I used to wear DS to walk every day after work. Now that it is dark so early and colder, I haven't done it in quite a while. I let DS ride in his stroller at the mall today for a little while and then wore him. As soon as I pulled the Ergo around him, he started grinning wildly and then laughing. He smiled the entire time I wore him. So did I. I guess he missed it as much as I do. He doesn't like to be worn inside the house but lesson learned, mall, food store, whatever, bringing the Ergo!

i wore DD in the meitai more today than usual. even down here, it's dark too early for a post-work walk anymore. we went to an arts/crafts fair today with DH. i totally *loved* how she was grinning away, kicking her legs and nuzzling into me. DH was totally awed by the number of BWing folks we saw. great day!
I recently started making a point of wearing DS again whenver we're out too. He's never liked the stroller and lately any time I've put him in the seat of the grocery cart he's gotten fussy and grabs onto my shirt to get me to pick him up. When he's in the Ergo or Beco he's happy! Right away he gets calm and begins quietly "talking" and pointing at things he sees. I can't say enough good things about BW!
