Well I doubt I qualify as "experienced," but I would say definitely NOT the Bjorn. From what I've heard it's not ergonomically sound for baby or the wearer (hurts your back and doesn't let the spine develop properly for baby).
I use a Moby wrap and love it, especially for these first few months. My baby pretty much lives in it. But if you're looking for something more "Bjorn-like," I'd go with a Beco or an Ergo carrier.
I have a Moby and a ring sling and I just love my Moby. I've also used a carrier thats similar to the Bjorn but I've found the Moby to be much more comfortable. My little girl is 4 months and 14lbs and we are still using it.
