NBR: Anyone else fed up with football?!?

So it's not even sunday, and I have been listening to DH scream at the TV for the last five hours. He's been watching college football recently, for some reason, and just keeps screaming! I was in the room up until an hour ago, only venturing out of my nice warm bed for dinner, and got stuck sitting out here.

He keeps talking about the games to me like I really care.

Seriously, do you really care that much about football? Cause I sure as heck don't. I could care less who wins, and who looses.

I've been pretending to listen to him rant and rave for the past hour as I've been online reading this board. :-)

    Sports suck, and I am SO thankful that my husband doesn't like watching them. He'd rather play sports if anything. He loves video games, but he doesn't even like the sports ones.

    He wasn't watching the LSU vs. Ole Miss game, was he? I thought the game might put me in labor!! I love LSU but I hate the coach right now!

    Umm...yeah.  I was so confused at the end of the game!  I couldn't figure out what was going on!  Stupid Miles!

    YES!! All he has been doing lately is watching football, UFC and playing the new Call Of Duty. Our nursery still isn't even ready to paint (he has been working on drywall). Still so much to do and not a lot of time with the holidays. It's driving me nuts!!

    Darn!  I missed that game!  I was looking for a good game to watch since we had a blow out today.  I guess I missed it, but I cannot believe LSU lost!

    Yep, and it's all the worse right now because 1) his football team is winning so it all MATTERS right now.  2) Basketball's already started and those games are twice a week...and he works press for those games.

    He was gone Wednesday night and didn't come to bed until about 12:30 after finally getting home from the game, today he left at 10, went to basketball first, and now is at football.  

    Christmas plans are all on hold too because it's going to depend on which bowl game they get picked for.  At least this year he's not also going to Arizona for the OTHER bowl games his sister can get him tickets for.

    I know he loves it though.  We'll see how much he still will do next year with the baby.

    Same here. I've always been supportive of Miles, but I'm D-O-N-E! I could feel the baby moving everywhere because I kept jumping around yelling. So sad...

    I enjoy watching some football, but DH has football on our TV from Thurs. thru Mon. If he wasn't so amazing I would complain, but he does everything for me right now.
