Coochy Cream, you are my new best friend..

Ahhhh... I was *afraid* to shave because last time I did, red bumps of irritation made me want to cut my vag off because of pregnancy induced sensitive skin.  Until, I remembered I had a gift pack of 4 one-ounce bottles of Coochy Cream.  Thank GOD I found it (we moved in May and I'm still unorganized).  I will be using Coochy Cream every time I shave from here on out, until my skin returns to normal!

I highly reccomend it :)

  • LMAO - I didn't know such a product existed.  Love the name.  Ahh, the things you learn on the Bump.

  • Where can I find this so-called "Coochy Cream?"  It sounds amazing!

It's horribly expensive, but worth every penny.  The red irritation bumps from shaving made it almost not worth it until my skin got used to it (which took many many many years, and now is awful again because of the sensitive pregnant skin I have).  Also, a tiny tiny bit goes a long way, I buy seperate shaving cream to use on my legs (cheap stuff) and use the Coochy Cream ONLY on my Coochy.  I literally use less Coochy Cream than what covers my finger tip.  I'm stingy, so if anyone doesn't spend money on worthless beauty products, it's me :)

I don't see why it wouldn't be, it's just like any other shaving cream... here are the ingredients... Ingredients: D.L. Water, Steralkonium Chloride, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Glycerin Stearate SE, Jojoba Oil, Lanolin, Keratin Protein, Panthenol, Allantion, Methyloparaben, and Propylparaben.

  • I LOVE that stuff! I ordered it from a toy party one time then I found it at a local sex store. I will not shave without it!
  • Just making sure, I had a bikini cream that I had been using that was completely unsafe for pregnancy but looking at those ingredients it looks fine!
  • I know it's really early for me to decide this, but I think I've decided to just go "au-naturale" for the next 10+ months or so. I just think there will come a day when I can't reach that area and by then, I probably won't even give a crap about it anyway, so I'm just gonna give up now. I too get the bumps and was horrified to find out that the great stuff I was using on bumps was "known by the state of California to cause birth defects." I stopped using it when we were trying to conceive and don't want to even bother with finding something new. It's kinda gross (I was just noticing today how overgrown things looked) but it is how God intended, right? DH will not mind if he's getting any in the first place and I'll try to at least trim things down so it's not too jungle fever down there.
  • Yikes, that is expensive!  Thanks for the link.  Maybe I'll ask my hubby to get me some for Christmas (yes, I'm a loser like that!)  It would also kind of be a present for him, because maybe I'd actually bother shaving then... :)
  • I have used this stuff for years and love it.
  • Coochie is the BEST! and you can use it for hair conditioner too!
