I am STILL spotting

I got the shot at 4 weeks PP and so I was due to get another shot in the middle of September.  I decided against getting it again because I had a feeling it was messing with my mood and energy (which I am feeling great these days).

Anyone else go off of the shot that spotted while on it?  When did it totally wear off?  I am currently not on anything until next month, when I go to the doctor.

    I was on the shot when I was 20 for almost a year. I didn't have a period or spotting at all while on it, but when I went of it and switched back to BC pills I spotted. It didn't last very long though.

    Good decision in going off the shot--I hated it. It totally fvcked up my moods, made it impossible to lose weight and I actually gained 10 lbs. Not fun.
