It's a good alternative to cardio and weight workouts at the gym if you can't get out of the house. You just have to stick to it.. Do it every day. I highly recommend it if you don't have gym access. Gym is number one, though
I did this video religiously before my wedding. I definitely saw results. I felt tighter and more toned. You have to do it every day, though! I thought level one was pretty easy, so I only did it a few days before moving on to levels 2 and 3.
I bought it from Amazon.com. But, my issue with it is if you do the same workout day after day, you are working the same muscles. You aren't supposed to work out the same muscles day after day like that. At least, I don't think you are. But, I have about 20 pounds to lose, so maybe I ought to just pop it in the dvd player and quit making excuses. haha

Re: 30 day shred
You move through the levels 1-3 when you feel the previous one is too easy. They usually recommend every 10 days a new level...thus, 30 day shred.
I've never made it past 10 days...so I can't be of much help. ::sadface::
WHere is the info on the 30 day shred??
Is there a link??
