Hello ladies.
I wanted to introduce myself real quick on this board.
I am a single dad. I know it is unusual to have a father on these boards but this is all new to me and I thought maybe I could get some helpful info from here talking with other single parents.
My beautiful daughter mora is 8 weeks old. It is just the two of us. Mora's mother, my best friend and lovely wife was killed in a hit and run three weeks ago. we are adjusting. Most of our family lives out of state but we had an influx of helping hands after it happend. But they are all gone now and I am left alone to care for her on my own.
I would like to think I am doing well.
I will try to keep the stupid questions to a minimum and if any of you for any reason feel uncomfortable with me being here please feel free to let me know and I will try to find a place that is better suited for me.
Thank you for reading and I hope you all have a wonderful night.
Mike
Re: Introduction.
I'm sorry for your loss. You are welcome here and no questions are stupid.
Also, there are boards here that would probably be helpful to you in addition to this one. The 0-3 month board specifically.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Welcome to the board! It's new and kind of slow, but ask any questions you have. Best of luck to you and Mora!
Oh I'm so sorry about your wife...
Welcome to the forum! I am pretty new here too! I am the single mom of a 1 year old baby girl & another on the way (not by the same dads). It's hard being a single parent but very worth it.
