Monosomy 21

I recently received notice from the insurance company that they will not pay for any chromosone testing for us.  I was not happy about this.  I reviewed some of the paperwork that I suppose the doctor was going to cover next month with me and apparently the amnio testing prior to the 2 D&C procedures showed evidence of monosomy 21. 

Has anyone had this report from a loss or know of someone who has.  More importantly did they go on to actually have healthy pregnancies and babies?  Just curious.
