by the time we wake up, feed him, bath him, change him, feed him again...the day has flown by and i'm still in house clothes. i'm sick of looking like a cleaning lady

I hand the baby over to SO when he gets home from work. Then I go spend some good quality time in the shower. But I've only been "dressed" 2 times since I had him haha
I just consider it saving laundry. LMAO. Some days I get dressed, others I stay in comfy clothes. I have way too much going on to care.
Besides, DH says he likes it that way. He says that if he came home and I was all dressed up and hair and makeup done he would wonder what I was doing or why I was so dressed up. So on days where we have no company and nowhere to go, I don't bother.
On a good day I throw on jeans and a t-shirt by noon. So far the only times I've felt semi put together has been when DH is home so I can actually do my hair and round up better clothes.
after his morning feeding he swings for a few min. while i change, brush hair/teeth, i don't shower until DH gets home from work

I only get dressed if I am leaving the house honestly. I do feel like a bum, but it makes me feel worse to put on "real" clothes because I'm still in maternity pants.
before DD2 wakes up... or while she's waking (pedi suggested I hold off nursing her a little so she's fully awake and stops falling asleep at the boob after 10 seconds!).
DD1 wakes up and DH goes to get her while I quickly change. If DD2 happens to be awake, then I will put her on the floor in my closet next to the mirror. She looks around and it content. If I have time, I'll also quickly brush my teeth then too. Makeup/hair waits until DD1 is eating breakfast (I sit at the table and do it) and DD2 is fed and happy. Oh, and I shower and dry my hair at night when DD1 is asleep and DH is watching DD2.

No..but really usually by 1 or 2 pm I can manage to get in a shower. I rarerly put on make up or do my hair though. I usually throw on some mascara, put my hair in a bun...and put some yoga pants and a tank on.
LOL Every other day! I just got out of the shower and in clean clothes! LO is awake every morning now until 11 or so...then I decide what I need more; food, chores, sleep or shower...and I do that!
I just changed into normal clothes! She's sleeping now, so I take advantage of that time to take care of me. It is amazing how much you take advantage of a shower! Or brushing your teeth!

This. It takes so long to find something that fits that doesn't make me uncomfortable, that I avoid it unless I have to go somewhere. I usually shower at night when DD is sleeping, before I go to bed, but this morning I took a bath with her. That worked pretty well, so I may start doing that more often.
Me: 30, DOR with a FSH of 12.5
DH: 31, no issues
4-6/2012 100mg of Clomid + trigger + IUI/TI = BFN
7/2012 150mg of Gonal-f + trigger + IUI = BFN
8/2012 Surprise unmedicated BFP!! Due May 8, 2013
DS is pretty chill in the mornings and lets me shower. I don't see a lot of purpose in putting on a shirt most days if we are not going anywhere. Most of my shirts are not BFing friendly so I end up just taking it off anyway. With this kid eating every 2 hrs it rarely goes back on. I live in comfy pants and nursing tanks.
Ditto. I feed her first thing then we go downstairs and I put her in her bouncy while I eat breakfast and jump in the shower. If she falls asleep I bring the bouncy upstairs and get dressed. Otherwise I have to hang out in my bathrobe for a little while if she won't let me put her down (or get dressed in stages - put her down for 1 min and put on pants, pick her up if she's crying, put her down again for the shirt etc lol).
I have to shower and get dressed every day for my own mental sanity.
I just wear sweat pants and tanks at home. If I wake up bofore DD, I brush my teeth and change from PJ's to "home clothes" quickly. I prefer to take a shower before going to bed, so I do it at nigths while DH is bathing DD.
If I need to go out or wash my hair, and DD is awake... I put her in her swing in the bathroom.
Unless we're having a day from hell, I'm usually showered & dressed by 10am. He has a bottle, swings happily & either when he's swinging or having his morning nap, I hop in the shower.
I feel repulsive if I don't shower & I'm far more productive & happier when I feel clean & pretty.

This! I never put on "real" clothes, but I always shower and change out of my pajamas and in to track pants, fleece pants, t-shirts, etc.
