Babies: 0 - 3 Months

Sooo tired of always having her in my arms

I've been lugging her around all week.

She falls asleep, I put her in the crib, she wakes within 15 mins. Put her in the swing/bouncy, same thing. Even with the paci she'll only sleep out of my arms for 15 mins or so.

And when she's really fussy she only wants to be nestled in between my boobs.

Right now my asss hurts like hell, but I refuse to reposition and wake her. I've barely bumped since I was pg!

  • I'd suggest a Moby maybe?

  • I just got a Balboa baby sling this week and I love it! It allows me to walk around and get little things accomplished here and there. I really wanted it for when we travel at Christmas so that I don't have to worry about people trying to reach into his car seat but I am already finding that I get use out of it around the house too. =)

  • We have the same thing happening at our house.
  • I would highly recommend a sling.  I use the Baby Balboa and my LO loves it...he hangs out and watches what's going on and inevitably falls asleep in it.

  • I know the feeling, but you'll miss it when she's older trust me! I'm cherishing every moment with my second because it only lasts so long. A carrier or sling would definitely help you though. I've also found that I can sit on the couch and lay baby next to me so he's snuggled up alongside my leg. That keeps the contact for him, but he's not actually laying on me. Give it a try. Sometimes you can sneak away and come back too :)
