We need to have our basement carpet profeccionally cleaned but I'm hoping not to spend an arm and a leg to have it done.
There are pet stains on it--from the dog throwing up, not the other things. Apparently when he gets sick he runs to the basement because he can lay on the floor comfortably. We have hardwoods upstairs and he hates them. We have cleaned the spots with our Little Green Machine (Bissel shamopper) but it still leaves a yellow spot on the floor. Now that we have the baby gate we can close the basement off to the dog and keep him upstairs, so we want to have the carpet shampooed so DS can crawl around down there.
Do you know of any good companies that don't charge a ton?
Re: I need to get my carpet cleaned--any suggestions?
Oh, and we're very close to Minneapolis and not far from St. Paul. We're just north of Mpls.
We always use Zerorez because they use hydrolized water instead of chemicals that leave residue on the carpet. We've had pet stains and they've always gotten them out when they clean our carpet. Their prices are comparable if not cheaper than other professional cleaners.
