Need female OB/GYN recommendations who delivers out of Troy Beaumont

Hi!! I'm totally new to this board!  Just got back from our honeymoon a week ago to find out we're pregnant - 5 weeks !!   I'm looking for an OB/GYN out of Troy Beaumont...female preferred.  I saw others post about Macomb Oakland, and Somerset but not a specific doctor.  Thanks so much in advance for any help! 

 

 Has anyone heard or go to Dr. Afr or Dr. Kobold?

    I absolutely love Dr.April Sarvis out of Kingswood OBGYN. She's awesome, and delivers out of Troy Beaumont. Her partner delivered my daughter, and he is wonderful too. They are in Bloomfield Hills at Square Lake and Woodward.

    Out of oakland macomb they have great mid wives all 3 are fine to choose from. I have seen Dr. Wallace there she is very informative. Also I have heard Dr. Stark takes her time with her pt, I have never met her though. Hope this is helpful, congrats!

    Congrats!

     We just moved to the area and shortly after found out we were pregnant as well. I went to Oakland Macomb and met with one of the midwives and felt really comfortable, I have my second appointment in a week. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they scheduled me for an appointment the following Monday, so I didn't have to wait long at all. They rotate you through all of the midwives so that you are familiar with them all when you deliver. I would totally recommend the practice.

    Dr. Deborah Mikula.  Her office is in Clarkston or Utica.  They have about 5 drs in the practice.  I got to know them all pretty well as I had a lot of issues while PG.  I liked them all and they deliver at Troy.

    Generations OB/GYN  on Woodward in Birmingham.  Dr. McCloskey came highly recommended to me, and I am so glad that I went with her.

    I see Dr. McCloskey as well. She's a brillant doc and has great compassion for her patients. I would highly recommend all the docs at Generations.

    I too used Oakland/Macomb.  Both my kids were delievered by midwives.  The whole office is great.  Highly recommend. You won't be sorry.

    Thanks everyone.  I'm thinking towards Macomb-Oakland, but we've lost the baby already.  The time I posted this I had pains in the right side and bleeding-ectopic pregnancy.

     

    But...still need an OB/GYN so we can get checked out and get back on track.  Thank you all for your suggestions!!!

    I highly recommend Oakland/Macomb.   All of the doc and midwives are so nice and helpful, I loved going there.  So sorry for your loss and good luck to you.
