I will wait until the week of Christmas next year to buy DS presents because

I just want to give DS all his new toys I have bought for Christmas and I still have over a month to goSad  I will have to do future Christmas shopping for DS closer to Christmas to remove the temptation of opening presents early.

    My DD actually found my stash of toys in the closet the other day. It was practically impossible to pry her away from them. Guess I'd better get better at hiding!

    I had my stash in our front hall closet.  The door was open, and my DD pulled out a xylophone (the small ones in a bag from Gymboree) and brought it to my DH.  He just loved that she actually pulled it out so he took it out of the plastic and gave it to her. 

    I came home and was like, "Why in the world did you give her that???" and he was all pitiful, saying, "But she was so cute, she brought it to me.  She really wanted to play with it!"  Oh yeah, she's got dad wrapped around her little finger  :)

    Needless to say I was the mean mom and took it away.  She WILL wait for Christmas LOL
