  Okay he said that he thinks the manufacturer that you were talking about is named Riboshki (sp?) (that is the owners family name) and he said they are out of business.

  However he said that the Whole Foods in LA has kosher chorizo sausage and an apple sausage that are both very good.  He said if you have already checked there and they don't have it at your location to let me know and he will look for another place to recommend.

  I tried to PM you but it won't let me so I wanted to add that he said my use of glatt hecsher was perfect and I had to tell him that I had nothing to do with that.  That I was just copying what you wrote :-).

  He said that since there is a fairly large Jewish community where you live he would expect the Whole Foods there to carry the same or similar kosher food to the one in LA.  He said he was worried you lived somewhere like us because in regards to kosher food/restaurants we are considered the boondocks.  Ha ha we live in Sacramento and I never thought to hear it described as the boondocks :-).  He finally was able to certify (not sure if that is the right word) one restaurant and a cupcake bakery as kosher here but that is about the extent.  We were just chatting the other day about the fact that he has food shipped from LA sometimes because we don't have a great selection here.
