  Maybe around 30-40 people (50 max), any weekend in April, either Sat or Sun.

  Depends on how much you want to spend and if you want to do the food yourself or have it catered.

  I wanted to use Pemberly tea room on Mulberry in Lancaster, but they couldn't do it on Sundays.. they are closed and won't do functions then either.

  There are always community centers or firehalls and parks as well. There is nice pavilion in the Greenfield industrial park as well.  And many restaurants have function rooms that can be used,too.

  There is also Carmen and David?s Creamery in downtown Lancaster.  Jonnaysa from Planned Perfection threw a baby shower there earlier this year and documented it in her blog.

  The local hotels also can set you up. I know the Hilton Garden Inn has a nice little room that they use for showers.
