I've made the Chicken Parm and the Penne a la Betsy. Both were easy and yummy. I want to make the overnight omelette thing, but there's an ungodly amount of butter and cream cheese in it. But I bet it's good.
I have done the ranch dressing, apple dumplings, apple pie, cheesey garlic bread, pasta carbonara and something else I can't remember. Nothing has been a disappointment. The ranch dressing is kick ass.
Spicy Shredded Pork (we loved this recipe) Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes-sooo good & super easy to make Apple Dumplings French Onion Soup (which we're having again tonight)
Apple dumplings, PW's favorite salad ever, the artichoke spaghetti thing (really yummy and something different than the usual), hmm...there are more but I can't think of them right now.

The chicken parmigiana is my favorite. Next time I would use alot less olive oil. I also liked the cinnamon rolls.
I've made the green beans (the one with bacon grease): so so good.
I've made the chicken parm, I liked it a lot but I needed make more gravy...
