Thanks for offering to lend me your Bjorn! I just saw your response now! You're so sweet! I went to a friend's house yesterday afternoon and she ended up lending me one - we tried it out and DS seems to be ok in it for a few minutes. I'm hoping he'll start liking it better.

Which one do you have? I think my friend's is the original one. The one problem with it is that it doesn't seem to give me a lot of back support - do you find that too? I wish it would have a waist strap to take off some of the weight on my upper back.

Most people will eventually find the Bjorn does not offer enough support for themselves or their babies, usually by about 15-16 lbs. They're totally fine for a quick trip, but my back couldn't take it for longer than 15 or 20 minutes.

I know what you mean. I accidently bought the one without the waist strap too. I could only use it for a couple months because it hurt my back. I so wish I had the one with the waist strap to lend to you : (
