Are subsequent PP AFs THIS heavy?

I fear that I could be dying a slow death from blood loss here.  Are they all going to be this bad now or is it just because it's my first one in over a year?

    I've only had 3 pp AF, and they have been insanely heavy.

    My first 2-3 PP AF's after each of my children were super heavy and painful.  They went back to normal both times.  As a matter of fact, I had just had my first PP AF prior to my annual gyno appmt.  I mentioned to the doctor how aweful it had been and he laughed and said "yeah, that's the one part of having babies that your girlfriends didn't warn you about.  If they did, nobody would have kids."
