  I like Baby's Bliss because, unlike Little Tummys, it does not require refrigeration.

  *note:  I only use gripe water for hiccups.  Works 100% of the time for us.  I haven't seen it do anything for gas.  For that, we use mylicon.

  I have Little Tummys but my LO won't swallow the stuff, so we have a full bottle that's completely useless. When I put it in his mouth he either spits it back at me, dribbles it out the corners of his mouth, or gags and chokes. None of it ends up getting into his stomach.
