  yes i do. i was born without a thyroid gland. i have been on synthroid my whole life. I had no problems concieving but only because my TSH was good. Good luck!

  I have hypothyroidism and was diagnosed about 6 years ago.  Once your medication is titrated correctly you shouldn't have an issue with having a healthy pregnancy.  Don't fret until you know the diagnosis though; if you do have it I suggest these books to everyone.

  I have hypothyroidism.  It wasn't diagnosed until I was TTC with DS#2.  We tried for 8 months before getting blood work done that confirmed the condition.  After I was put on levothyroxine I conceived the 2nd month.  This time I conceived the 1st month.

  I do, I found out about a year ago. We did have trouble TTC, but I think it was because they were trying to get my medicine regulated...that and I was on clomid. I take synthroid, and havent had any problems. GL!

  My mom and grandmother both have hypothyroidism, and shock of all shocks, I do too! If that is what you have, once you get started on some meds you will feel much better, but it does take some time and it can be a process to get them at the right levels for your body. I also have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and I am pregnant again after my miscarriage back in 2008. I actually was on clomid for one cycle and it 'reset' me somehow and I've been regular ever since (a first for me at age 23!).

   All that to say, don't worry too much! I have a TON of issues and look at me, pregnant after trying for one month! Best of luck to you and DH. Little One will come along before you know it!

  I do have hypothyroidism, but it is now controlled with medication (Levothyroxine). Did not have trouble TTC, but my TSH was normal because I was on medication at the time. Good luck!
