DH was/is deployed and missed LO's birth. I know that when at home, dads can get paternity leave for 10 days after birth. I heard (back on the 3rd tri board way-back-when) that they have 60 days from date of return from their deployment to take their 10 days. What I'm looking for is the source or reference of this information. My DH asked me today to find it since he said his supervisors can't find that statute. They dont deny it but just need to find the source. Any one have a link or know where I can find it on a military site? Oh and we're AF just incase that makes a difference. Thanks ladies I GREATLY appreciate it!!! TIA
